The Wealshire is Medicare Certified and accepts most major insurance. Anyone wishing to receive rehabilitation through their qualified Medicare/Insurance benefits can call The Admissions Department seven days a week at (847) 883-9000.

Long Term Care

The Wealshire offers unique home-style living designed to enhance the quality of life for every individual in a community rich with individual choices and one that focuses on abilities, not weaknesses. The Wealshire offers three styles of rooms: Private Rooms, Toe-to-Toe and Semi-Private.

The Ponds Premiere Assisted Living offers 24 hour nursing oversight and a full range of professionally managed activities in a deluxe and safe environment. Our pricing is designed to be “all inclusive” without additional charges for medical and non-medical support and assistance. All Ponds residents are assessed to determine an appropriate level of care. Room choices range from apartments to studio rooms and shared rooms.

Rates Include: Person-directed care that is activity-focused and based on the uniqueness of each resident's physical, cognitive, and emotional strengths and needs; fully furnished residential accommodations located in the ambience of household living; three nutritious meals a day prepared to allow for choice and special dietary needs; snacks and special "treats" like daily ice cream socials; satellite television in all family rooms; wheelchairs, walkers, personal laundry service, and laundering of all linens; Spiritual care including weekly Christian and Jewish worship services: and 24 hour nursing care with superb nursing staff to resident ratios.

Additional charges: Beauty and barber shop, spa treatments, Community outings, exceptional care items, incontinence care products, prescriptions drugs, Care Sensor bed alarms, therapists, massage therapy, guests meals, and newspapers.

Additional Programs: Respite Care and Adult Day Services Programs

Insurance: Qualifying Provider for most long-term care insurance providers

Residency Agreement: Is on a month-to-month basis, based on a 12-month lease

Certification: The Wealshire is licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility and The Ponds is certified as a Sheltered Care Facility by the State of Illinois.
