Dear Jennifer,

We wish to thank those who made it possible for my mom, Lillian Plotnick, to return home following her one week stay at Condell Hospital and approximately five week stay at The Wealshire. There was a point where we did not think this would be possible,

The following individuals (RNs, Aides, OT's) deserve special recognition for delivering excellent care, rehab services and most importantly, earning our trust as competent, attentive healthcare providers.

Additionally, you were always patient and willing to listen and keep the lines of communication open to discuss problems. And Nancy Rosen was very professional in preparing release papers and explaining matters to me.

Your reception desk staff was always friendly in the way they communicated and greeted Hope (my wife) and me. We always felt comfortable coming to the Wealshire during a difficult and stressful period.

I would definitely feel comfortable and confident recommending The Wealshire based on the experience we had. My wife, an SLP with clinic and home health experience, feels the same way.
