Dear Mr. Arnold Goldberg and Ms. Jennifer Bebinger:

First off, I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for your assistance in regards to my recovery from double knee replacement surgery. As you know this type of surgery, recovery and rehab is not a pleasant experience. My stay at the Wealshire lasted from May 9th 2008 through May 29th 2009. I must say you have a tremendous staff. In dealings with your executive staff, nurses, nursing assistants and therapists, I must say you should be very proud to have these caring people associated with your organization. Among those people I would like to especially acknowledge the following who made my nightmare of pain and very difficult rehab as pleasant as it could be made in view of this painful ordeal.
