Dear Friends,

We wish to thank you again for all of the loving care that you provided to our Mother/Grandmother, Isabelle Hanson, during her stay at the Ponds. We never doubted that she was in good hands and receiving excellent care. Your attention to even the smallest problem or request was prompt and delivered with great compassion. We are forever grateful that you helped make her journey from this world a painless and gentle transition. Please enjoy these very humble gifts as an expression of our gratitude for your care and support. May God bless you all as you continue to give of yourselves to so many in need.

We wish to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to the staff at the Ponds who assisted in caring for our mother, Isabelle Hanson, during her stay with you. She received excellent care and compassionate attention by all. Further, the Madrid staff provided wonderful support and assistance to our family as we helped our mother end her life's journey with dignity and comfort on April 4, 2008. We would especially like to thank Janet who demonstrated an unwavering commitment as mom's most invested caretaker and, indeed, friend. Her observations and communiques to the family were invaluable.

We wish to thank Virgie, Daniella, Agnes, Olga, Gissell, Elmer, Tracy, Freddie, Geni, Antonia, Toni, Gerry Schneider, Alice in Activities, and Mom's delightful hairdresser. Please distribute these very modest tokens of our appreciation to all of them. Our apologies if we have missed anyone. Please bring it to our attention if we have. May God bless and guide you in your continuing goal to provide excellence in care for a most important group of people - our moms and dads, brothers and sisters.
