Dear Sir,

I ordinarily do not do this, but this is an extraordinary moment. You are managing a World Class Facility:

The entire staff of the Riviera wing is beyond praise. During my recent stay they displayed a consistent gentleness with all the patient;

Yolanda, who gave me my first and last shower, Omar, who I met on my arrival, and Estela who daily took care of my room. I wish I could recall more names.

The rehab gym: Val is the rehab boss. Day one seemed like chaos, but as I reflected back on the gentle [process I was making, I realized the subtle organization. And the daily walks with Isaac's support strengthening my legs-thank you.

My meal buds, Herb and Bud became friends--my prayers to both for a speedy recovery.

I can't say thanks enough.
