The Wealshire Center of Excellence Rehab consists of 144 Skilled Nursing units, offering deluxe and intimate accommodations ranging from semi-private rooms to splendid private suites. The Wealshire Plus, our sheltered care facilities, offer semi-private, private, and ultra-deluxe accommodations in a familial, home-like environment. Within our 87,000-square-foot building, Wealshire Plus provides truly luxurious accommodations. Notably operating under the Illinois Department of Health Sheltered Care License.

Wealshire Plus is one of the very few options in Chicago for sheltered care. The term ‘sheltered care’ refers to a specialized type of living arrangement designed to provide a supportive and safe environment for those individuals requiring some assistance with daily activities, yet do not require the comprehensive medical care found in nursing homes or hospitals.
